Investor Cars and Auto Salvage ("Investor Cars," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through the website located at investorcarsar.com (the "Site"), how we use it, when we share it, and the choices you have. It applies to information you provide through the Site — including through the contact form, click-to-call links, and click-to-email links.
We collect only what we need to respond to you and complete a transaction. We do not sell your information. We do not run ads. We do not send marketing without your consent.

1.1 Information You Provide
When you contact us through the Site — by filling out the contact form, clicking a phone or email link, or otherwise sending us a message — you may provide:
- Contact information: your name, phone number, and (optionally) email address;
- Vehicle and inquiry details: information about your vehicle, the part or service you need, and any description you write in your message;
- Any other information you choose to include in your communications with us.
The contact form on our Site opens your device's email client with a pre-filled message. Your information is transmitted through your email provider to investorcars@gmail.com. We do not run a database or backend server that stores form submissions on our own systems.
1.2 Information Collected Automatically
Our hosting provider automatically logs basic technical information when you visit the Site, which may include your IP address, browser type, device type, referring page, and the pages you view. This information is used for security, troubleshooting, and understanding overall traffic patterns. We do not use this information to build an advertising profile of you.
1.3 Cookies and Tracking Technologies
Our Site does not currently set marketing or advertising cookies of its own. Third-party services embedded on the Site — most notably the Google Maps embed on the contact section — may set cookies or collect data as described by their own privacy policies (see Section 4). If we add analytics tools in the future, we will update this Policy and, where required by law, provide a cookie notice or consent option.
2. How We Use Information
We use the information you provide to:
- Respond to your inquiries by phone, text, or email;
- Prepare quotes, invoices, and work orders for parts and services you request;
- Fulfill and support transactions, including warranty and return claims;
- Keep records required for tax, accounting, and other lawful business purposes;
- Operate, maintain, and secure the Site;
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.
3. How We Share Information
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for their marketing purposes. We share information only in the limited situations described below:

4. Third-Party Services
The Site links to and, in the case of the map, embeds services provided by third parties. These services have their own privacy practices, which we do not control:
- Google Maps. The embedded map on our contact section is provided by Google. Google may collect information (such as your IP address and interactions with the map) as described in the Google Privacy Policy.
- Google Business Profile. If you click a link to view our Google Business listing or leave a review, your interactions on Google's platform are governed by Google's policies.
- Your email and phone providers. Messages, calls, and texts you send us pass through the providers you use; their privacy policies govern that transmission.
5. Text Messages (SMS)
If you text us at (501) 737-0945 or provide your mobile number, you consent to Investor Cars replying by text message to that number to answer your questions and complete your transaction. Message and data rates may apply. We do not send marketing text messages. To stop receiving texts from us, reply STOP to any message and we will end the conversation.
6. Marketing Communications
We do not currently send marketing emails, texts, or postal mailings. If we introduce a marketing program in the future, we will (a) update this Policy, (b) obtain any consent required by law (such as under the TCPA for text marketing and CAN-SPAM for commercial email), and (c) provide a clear way to opt out.
7. Data Retention
We keep the information you provide only for as long as needed for the purposes described in this Policy or as required by law (for example, tax, accounting, and warranty records). Communications you send us are retained in our email account under the retention practices of our email provider. You may ask us to delete records that are not required to be retained by law by contacting us using the details in Section 12.
8. How We Protect Information
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect the information we hold — including access controls on our email and business accounts, and HTTPS/TLS encryption for data transmitted to and from the Site. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Children's Privacy
The Site is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us information, please contact us and we will delete it.
10. Your Choices & Rights
You always have the choice not to submit information through the Site. To review, correct, or ask us to delete information you have submitted, contact us using the details in Section 12 and we will respond within a reasonable time. Depending on where you live, applicable law may give you additional rights (for example, under state privacy laws) to request access, correction, deletion, or portability of your personal information, and to be free from discrimination for exercising those rights. If you make a request, we may need to verify your identity before responding.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time by posting a revised version on this page and updating the "Last updated" date at the top. Material changes will be reasonably identified. Your continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
